I be been back and forth on the harness. If I had a cage, then totally, but then I’d need to have a helmet.

Understandable. I couldn’t stay in my seat around corners, bought the seat off Craigslist, then realized the stock seatbelt would essentially decapitate me if I had an accident. The entire car has been sort of snowballing since then.

Lol. That’s how it goes right? Did you ever try a CG lock on the stock belts?

No, I didn’t actually try a CG lock. Usually what I’d do is slide the seat back, lock the belt, and slide forward to driving position. It held me a lot better than it would have, but the stock seats were so worn and flat that there wasn’t a whole lot for the belt to hold me to, if that makes sense.

That actually sounds like a good plan. The cg only locks the lap. My problem is that I have to sit all the way back. I’ll get my wife to it when she’s a passenger though.
